At our studio, planning and capturing these moments is a collaborative effort, where we work closely with our clients to understand their vision and budget. By designing personalized sessions, we ensure that each portrait reflects the unique story of your family, creating stunning images that will grace the walls of your home or be lovingly kept in albums. Your first step is to call our studio so that we may gather a little information about your family and home decor, as well as answer any of your preliminary questions before the next step in your portrait journey... the pre-session Design Consultation.

How It Works

DESIGN CONSULTATION

In the design consultation process, you'll have the opportunity to meet with Christina, who will guide you through selecting the perfect fine art print options for your space. Together, you'll discuss your vision for the images and create a tailored plan that reflects your style and preferences. Christina will help you visualize how the art will look in your home by using photographs of your space, ensuring that the final pieces not only resonate with your vision but also complement your existing decor. This collaborative approach ensures a personalized experience, resulting in stunning portraits that enhances your home beautifully.

WARDROBE COLLABORATION

After our design session, you'll leave with a clear vision of your wardrobe options tailored for your upcoming session. To finalize the perfect look, I encourage you to consult with Christina at least week in advance. You can easily reach her via phone, email, or chat to discuss your choices and ensure everything aligns beautifully. This collaborative approach will help create a cohesive aesthetic that enhances your images and makes your portraits truly memorable.

PORTRAIT SESSION

Now that the planning is complete, it's time to embrace the calm and ease of your portrait session with Christina. You can relax and enjoy the experience, knowing that every detail has been thoughtfully arranged. With Christina's expertise and friendly approach, you'll find yourself feeling comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Get ready to capture beautiful moments that reflect your true essence!

VIEW + ORDER

After your portrait session, you’ll return to the studio one to two weeks later for the exciting View and Order Session. During this meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to see your final portrait options displayed on the big screen, bringing your plans and designs to life. Based on the design consultation we had earlier, you’ll be ready to place and complete your order at this time. We kindly ask that all decision-makers are present and recommend making childcare arrangements, allowing you to focus fully on your ordering decisions.

05.

PRODUCTION

Once your order is placed, we meticulously oversee every step of the production process to ensure your project is perfect in every way and delivered on time, typically within 8 to 12 weeks. Whether you’ve chosen wall portraits, a matted reveal box, albums, or films, we use only the finest archival materials. Our team takes the time to design custom work that beautifully complements your selected images, ensuring a stunning final product that you'll cherish for years to come.

UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN

Updating portraits for your walls and albums every year or at least every few years is essential as your family grows and changes. These portraits capture not just faces, but the milestones and memories that define your family's journey together. Each stage of growth deserves to be documented, allowing you to reflect on cherished moments and the love that binds you.
